Position Duties
- Payer contract and license management (health plans, DHS)
- Facilitate training related to regulatory and payer compliance updates
- Support external audits (health plans, licensure audits)
- Facilitate training related to compliance components
- Support VA compliance for both clients and caregivers
- Participate in drafting policies / procedures
- Maintain record retention policy and process
- Data integrity & system alignment
- Maintain compliance scorecard
- Track audit trends and devise training plans to reconcile identified gaps
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years in directly relatable healthcare role
- PREFERRED: Direct experience with payer relations and payer contracting
- Background in RCM specific compliance needs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
