We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Need to preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Key sections: - About the role: description of firm, role purpose, etc. Could be first paragraph(s). We'll create

About the role

with paragraphs summarizing but must not invent or summarize away detail; we must preserve all substantive information. However we can combine into paragraphs but must not lose info. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we cannot omit details; we can rephrase? Probably we can keep the same sentences but restructure into HTML. We can copy the relevant sentences. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. For Pay section, we have salary range: $60,000-$90,000 for certain markets, plus note about other markets varying, bonus non-guaranteed. That's substantive. So we include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's remote work location list, and "Employees must also be able to attend the office as needed at the direction of their supervisor." That's about schedule/location. Could be considered Schedule? The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. There's no explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, hours. It mentions full-time base annual salary, implies full-time. Could infer but not explicit. Safer to omit Schedule if not explicit. However we have location info: "This role may be performed remotely from any state where the firm maintains an office (Texas, California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, and the District of Columbia). Employees must also be able to attend the office as needed at the direction of their supervisor." That's about work arrangement, not schedule. Could be considered under "About the role" or maybe a separate "Work Location" but not requested. So we omit Schedule. Benefits: detailed list. Include Benefits section. Qualifications: includes degree/experience alternatives, etc. We'll put under Qualifications. Skills: maybe separate from Qualifications? The posting lists many skill requirements: excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, analytical, willingness to learn law, issue-spotting, confidentiality, stability, calm demeanor, knowledge of world geography, sense of urgency/prioritization, proficiency in MS Office. Could be under Skills or Qualifications. Since we have both Qualifications and Skills headings allowed, we can split: Qualifications for education/experience; Skills for abilities. We'll follow that. Responsibilities: list of duties. About the role: introductory paragraphs about firm and role purpose. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal notices, etc. Remove those. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no or . Use

for each section heading, then content:

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. First, About the role: The description starts: "Job Description At Norton Rose Fulbright, people thrive because of a shared commitment to quality, unity and integrity. The highly regarded law firm consistently receives recognition from Great Place to Work and Top Workplaces, two companies that specialize in assessing organizational culture. Teams collaborate across regions, value new ideas and deliver meaningful client solutions, supported by a culture that embraces ambition, development and shared success. With more than 3,000 lawyers and 3,000 business services professionals working together across 50 offices worldwide, this global law firm provides a full range of legal services to leading corporations and financial institutions operating in key markets and sectors. Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking an experienced Compliance (Lateral Hiring Conflicts) Analyst with conflicts review experience to join our US team. Compliance Analysts conduct conflict-of-interest research and analysis by reviewing matter intake, performing corporate and database research, and identifying potential issues for lawyer review. This role will focus primarily on conflict-of-interest checks related to the US firm’s lateral hiring efforts. This team plays a vital role in protecting the firm’s integrity—enabling confident, compliant client engagement through accurate and timely conflict analysis. The position requires a self-starter to become proficient in understanding and using the conflicts of interest database to perform the firm’s conflict checks." We can keep that as prose. Responsibilities: The list after "Responsibilities include but are not limited to:" then bullet points. We'll extract each bullet. Let's list them: - Ensure exemplary client service to all internal and external clients; proactively promote client service throughout department and among teams; respond to peer requests with recognition that request serves a client or firm need. - Respond to lawyer and staff requests to perform conflicts of interest searches. - Review information submitted by lawyers and support staff for completion and accuracy; follow-up with lawyers and support staff as needed to clarify information. - Research corporate history of clients and parties; search websites for information about corporate affiliations (such as parent/subsidiary). - Use Boolean searching and search terms to query the conflicts database. - Apply judgment to design effective database searches and to distinguish relevant search results from those that are irrelevant. - Review generated conflict reports for relevancy and relatedness based on the submitted information and identify potential conflicts issues. - Independently analyze the report with limited guidance. - Work closely with assigned Compliance Attorney to ensure compliance workflow is as accurate and efficient as possible. - Summarize the basis for potential conflicts and communicate any potential conflicts to assigned Compliance Attorney. - Develop familiarity with Global Practice Standards program and policies and answer inquiries regarding share dealings and related issues. - Safeguard and keep confidential any information, observations or viewpoints regarding firm business matters. - Other duties (note: "Other duties Please note this job description does not cover or contain all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.") This is a note about other duties; we can include as a paragraph maybe. We should not include the "Other duties" heading as a separate list item? It's part of responsibilities. We'll include as a paragraph after list. Qualifications: "Qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree and one year of conflicts or legal assistant experience (or similar analyst experience in a decision-making capacity) required. In lieu of bachelor's degree, five years of conflicts or legal assistant experience (or similar analyst experience in a decision-making capacity) required." We'll put that as prose. Skills: The list after that: "Excellent oral and written business communication skills; prior exposure to international business correspondence is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills required. Strong analytical skills required. Willingness to learn law and fundamental principles regarding conflict of interest issues and strong issue-spotting skills are essential. Ability to keep confidential any information, observations or viewpoints regarding firm business matters. Proven stability and calm demeanor with the ability to handle stressful situations with confidence and composure. Solid knowledge of world's geography. Strong sense of urgency/prioritization and ability to recognize when to seek guidance. Proficient Microsoft Office Suite user." We'll put each as list items. Benefits: The benefits paragraph: "Benefits Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is committed to providing employees with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that supports you, your health, and your family. Benefit packages include access to three medical insurance plans, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance. Employees can also access pre-tax benefits such as health savings and flexible spending accounts. Norton Rose Fulbright helps provide financial security by allowing employees to participate in a 401(k) savings plan and profit-sharing plans if eligible. Full- time employees are eligible to access fertility benefits designed to support fertility and family-forming journeys. Employees may also access commuter benefits where applicable and student loan assistance refinancing options. In addition to the Firm’s health and welfare benefits above, we offer a competitive paid time off plan, which provides a minimum of 20 days off based on your role and tenure with the firm. The firm offers a generous paid maternity leave and paid paternity leave (parental leave) benefit allowing parents to take a minimum of 14 weeks of paid leave to bond with your newborn or adopted child(ren). Employees may also access child care support through a back-up care program. Employees are also entitled to 11 Firm holidays." We'll put as prose or list? Could be list but prose fine. Pay: "Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position in the California, Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis, New York, and Washington, DC markets are expected to range between $60,000 and $90,000. This range represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in these markets. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance." We should avoid filler like "commensurate with skill and experience" maybe it's okay but it's not placeholder like "commensurate with experience"? It's similar but still substantive? The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") . So we should not include a Pay section if the only content is "commensurate with skill and experience" etc. However we also have concrete salary range and bonus info. So we can include Pay section with those details, but we might need to omit the "commensurate with skill and experience" sentence as it's filler? It's somewhat generic but still maybe okay. Safer to include only the substantive salary range and bonus info. We'll include that. We must not include the line about Norton Rose Fulbright will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories etc. That's EEO/legal; remove. Also remove "Legal Notices", "Equal Employment Opportunity", etc. Now construct HTML. We'll have sections:

    About the role

    ... (the paragraph(s) )

    Responsibilities

    • ... each bullet

    Other duties: ... (the note)

    Qualifications

    ... (degree/experience)

    Skills

    • ... each skill

    Benefits

    ... (benefits paragraph)

    Pay

    ... (salary range and bonus)

We should not include Schedule. Check that we didn't repeat job title. Good. Now ensure we preserve all substantive info: Did we miss any? Let's verify. From About the role we captured the firm description and role purpose. Did we capture the sentence about "The position requires a self-starter to become proficient in understanding and using the conflicts of interest database to perform the firm’s conflict checks." Yes included. Responsibilities: we captured all bullets. Also note about other duties: we included as a paragraph. Qualifications: captured both alternatives. Skills: captured all. Benefits: captured all. Pay: captured salary range and bonus info. Did we capture "Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience." We omitted as filler. Is that substantive? It's a statement about compensation philosophy; but it's somewhat generic. The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") . So we should avoid that sentence. It's okay to omit. We also omitted "The full time base annual salary for this position in the California, Chicago, Denver, Minneapolis, New York, and Washington, DC markets are expected to range between $60,000 and $90
