A large global organization is seeking an experienced interim investigations attorney to join its Global Compliance Investigations to support with some overflow work. This attorney will step directly into an active portfolio of primarily non-HR compliance investigations and help move a significant docket from intake through closure.

• Witness interviews

• Fact development
• Analysis
• Preparation of findings and recommendations

Qualifications

• Significant corporate or internal investigations experience
• Ability to operate independently with limited ramp time or oversight
• Experience handling sophisticated financial, fraud, bribery, white-collar, SEC, or other complex compliance matters (especially attractive)
• Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and external counsel as needed
• A combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred

Pay

• Hourly rate: $75 – $108 for candidates located in NE/NW/West Coast regions
• Hourly rate: $72 – $103 for candidates located in the SE/MW/SW regions
• This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on qualifications, skillset, relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law

Schedule

• Project starts in October
• Approximately 4–8 weeks
• Fully remote
• Approximately 40 hours/week
