  • Apply each association’s inspection standards consistently and objectively.
  • Conduct follow-up inspections to verify whether previously documented conditions have been corrected.

  • Confirm pickup locations, delivery destinations, contacts, and timing before traveling.
  • Handle and transport materials carefully, protecting confidential records from loss, damage, or unauthorized access.
  • Confirm completion of deliveries and promptly report delays, missing items, or other issues.
  • Request assistance or appropriate equipment when items cannot be safely lifted or transported.

Special Projects and Operational Support

Professional Standards

  • Interact courteously and professionally with residents, board members, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Document observable conditions without speculation or personal opinions.
  • Refer disputed conditions and unclear requirements to the community manager.
  • Refer questions about notices, fines, hearings, exceptions, and enforcement decisions to the community manager.
  • Do not independently impose fines, approve exceptions, authorize towing, direct repairs, or make commitments for an association.
  • Follow company procedures for field safety, vehicle use, property access, and confidential information.
