Compliance Consultant Senior
About the role
The Compliance Consultant Senior role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Responsibilities
- Lead SIU regulatory reporting governance, including standardized processes, controls, documentation, and methodologies.
- Manage the timely, accurate, and complete submission of contractually required reports in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Evaluate data quality issues, report errors, and audit findings; recommend corrective actions; and prepare responses to SIU-related audits, questionnaires, and inquiries.
- Partner with business partners to improve reporting systems and workflows.
- Interpret regulatory changes, assess operational impacts, and support timely implementation.
- Monitor case management activities for compliance with reporting, documentation, and investigative standards.
- Monitor regulatory trends and recommend risk mitigation strategies and program improvements.
- Mentor team members on reporting standards, audit readiness, and compliance practices.
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Trips to worksite and other locations as necessary.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences
- Intermediate Excel experience strongly preferred.
- Reporting and analysis experience preferred.
- Audit experience preferred.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications preferred.
Benefits
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $71,600 to $107,400. Locations: Virginia.
