Responsibilities
- Conduct examinations and audits to determine compliance by casinos with the Missouri Riverboat Gambling Act and Regulations.
- Perform audit fieldwork through interviews, observations and review of records.
- Report findings and develop recommendations on compliance, prepare written reports, and participate in exit conferences.
Requirements
- Scheduled hours are Monday- Thursday (6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with 15 credit hours in Accounting is preferred.
- Relevant professional experience may be substituted for required education.
Desired Skills
- Strong PC skills are important.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
