Responsibilities

  • Accurately intake and review documentation for Compliance Department.
  • Accurately intake and work Legal Requests.
  • Accurately audit new and existing patient files for data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Accurately audit inbound phone calls from our patients and clinicians.
  • Contacting existing patients to survey their experience documenting feedback.
  • Obtain business and medical licensure renewals, review licensure requirements for policy updates.
  • Investigate regulatory inquiries and research requests assigned and provide accurate information to department leadership.
  • Remain current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Investigate regulatory inquiries as assigned and provide accurate information to all business stakeholders to provide an increased awareness of applicable regulations as it pertains to the inquiry;
  • Assist in interdepartmental problem-solving collaboration through communication with department Coordinators.
  • Continually evolve to understand the current market as well as competition that we face in each region.
  • Opportunity to cross-train and support other functional areas within the company as needed.
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures regarding employment, safety, and compliance, and report any concerns of non-compliance in any area to your manager immediately.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned by the Compliance and Government Affairs Manager.
