Job Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance activities for public works projects and ensure required records are maintained accurately.
- Review labor and project documentation to verify adherence to applicable wage and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance tracking systems and update project information in a timely manner.
- Communicate with contractors, project teams, and stakeholders to resolve compliance related issues and outstanding items.
- Prepare reports, maintain organized records, and support audits or regulatory reviews as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in compliance, contract administration, project support, or a related field.
- Familiarity with prevailing wage requirements, labor compliance, or public works project regulations.
- Ability to review documentation, identify discrepancies, and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking systems.

Pay
Expected starting pay rate of $38.00 to $52.00 per hour.
