Responsibilities
- Support and oversee compliance with prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements in alignment with federal and state regulations.
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and reporting of PWA-related activities across applicable projects.
- Follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and complete compliance documentation.
- Work with external consultants to conduct routine audits of contractor documentation to ensure compliance with contractual, federal, and state obligations.
- Audit internal processes to identify compliance gaps, inconsistencies, or improvement opportunities.
- Review and audit compliance and project reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Create, generate, and analyze reports, identify trends or potential issues, and propose solutions to Asset Managers and Operations leadership.
- Respond to routine inquiries and issues related to compliance, documentation, or reporting.
- Maintain strong working relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to internal teams on PWA compliance requirements and best practices.
- Promote effective communication and coordination across Asset Management, Operations, Procurement, Payroll, and other departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, data analysis, accounting, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in project accounting, project management, compliance or related functions.
- Experience monitoring project risks, trends, and potential deviations, and working cross-functionally to recommend mitigation actions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow processes independently, and drive work to completion with minimal direction.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist Asset Management with administrative and project support tasks, as assigned.
- Support key initiatives and process improvement efforts related to PWA compliance and reporting.
Pay
Base Pay: $90,000.00 - $108,000.00 USD
Annual Bonus: 20% - 30%
