Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Analyst Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Compliance and Operational Risk Testing Analyst Lead to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead compliance and operational risk testing activities that help ensure consumer banking products and processes meet regulatory expectations. You will serve as a subject matter expert, guide team members through complex issues, and partner closely with business and internal control stakeholders to strengthen testing quality and oversight. The position also calls for thoughtful analysis of testing results and clear reporting that supports informed risk decisions across the organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $127,310 – $243,340 annually Responsibilities Develop testing steps to assess compliance with policies and regulations Serve as a subject matter expert and guide team members on complex issues Lead testing activities to evaluate operational risk and compliance requirements Review and execute work papers to support test findings Provide input on resource allocation for testing activities Perform qualitative analysis of testing data and develop reports Build and maintain relationships with business and internal control partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or equivalent certification Deep knowledge of consumer protection regulations, including Regulation Z, B, E, FCRA, SCRA, and UDAAP Significant experience in Compliance Testing, Operational Testing, or related regulatory oversight functions Strong understanding of consumer banking products and regulatory requirements Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans 401(k) and pension plans Life insurance and parental benefits Adoption assistance and paid time off, including holidays and volunteer hours Career path planning and continuing education opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
