What You'll Do
- Monitor parking facilities, streets, garages, and surface lots to ensure compliance with posted parking rules
- Issue parking invoices and accurately document vehicle and parking activity using handheld technology
- Absorb guest inquiries, provide directions, parking information, and general support
- Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, vandalism, or equipment issues
- Report unauthorized parking, operational concerns, hazards, and unusual activity
- Help ensure parking equipment, signage, and pay stations remain visible and in good condition
- Support special events, peak traffic periods, and other operational needs as assigned
- Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older at time of hire
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using handheld devices and basic technology (training provided)
- Ability to understand and apply parking regulations
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs throughout a shift
- Ability to work in and around moving vehicles and active traffic areas
- Must pass required drug screening and criminal background check
