What You'll Do

  • Monitor parking facilities, streets, garages, and surface lots to ensure compliance with posted parking rules
  • Issue parking invoices and accurately document vehicle and parking activity using handheld technology
  • Absorb guest inquiries, provide directions, parking information, and general support
  • Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, vandalism, or equipment issues
  • Report unauthorized parking, operational concerns, hazards, and unusual activity
  • Help ensure parking equipment, signage, and pay stations remain visible and in good condition
  • Support special events, peak traffic periods, and other operational needs as assigned
  • Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older at time of hire
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable using handheld devices and basic technology (training provided)
  • Ability to understand and apply parking regulations
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs throughout a shift
  • Ability to work in and around moving vehicles and active traffic areas
  • Must pass required drug screening and criminal background check
