Complex Litigation Associate Attorney-Sophisticated Boutique
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial support
- Draft high-quality briefs, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
- Conduct complex factual and legal research and prepare persuasive written and oral advocacy
- Litigation support provided
- Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and settlement negotiations
- Support and pursue business development and client origination efforts
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters
- Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills
- Top-tier academic and professional credentials
- Strong courtroom experience and comfort with depositions and hearings
- Excellent judgment, communication skills, and ability to handle high-stakes matters
- Bar admission in Florida
