Complete Knock Down (CKD) Assistant Manager

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of contractors, ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule. Manages relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Manage client relationships to maintain positive working partnerships
  • Coordinate with vendors to secure necessary materials and services
  • Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
