Job Details Job Description: About The Team Join the compiler team responsible for the industry-leading Intel Fortran compiler. Position Overview This role focuses on the development and maintenance of the Intel Fortran compiler front-end and run-time library. You will contribute to advancing compiler capabilities in alignment with modern Fortran standards and parallel processing directives. Key Responsibilities Developing syntax and semantic processing support, generating LLVM IR, and creating RTL routines for new features from the Fortran standard (2023 and the upcoming 202x)Adding directives and other OpenMP features that improve optimizations of Fortran source codeWorking to improve the use of pre-compiled module facilities and interfacesMaintaining the Intel Fortran compiler front-end and run-time libraryResolving inquiries from customers, support engineers, and internal users You Should Demonstrate the Following Professional Traits to Be Successful Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to proactively pursue solutionsAbility to work well both independently and collaboratively within a teamWillingness to work with others on the investigation and solution of new tasks Qualifications You must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $128,880.00 - 211,200.00 USD The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
