• 2 - 3 years of Automotive Design experience
• Benchmarking experience is a plus

• Strong communication skills
• Project management skills (timing and scheduling)
• Experience with AI (Artificial Intelligence) technologies, generative AI tools, or AI analytics
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for reporting and analysis

About the Role

Facilitate and lead vehicle and component-level benchmark activities to identify best practices as well as areas of opportunity (cost, quality, mass, technology) on current production and future model vehicles.

Support specific requests from Engineering teams for deep analysis of Nissan and Competitor vehicles.

Track and report output of teardowns and activities.

Support and facilitate manufacturing line walks.
