Compensation Manager Consultant

This hybrid role supports the firm's broad-based compensation programs for business services employees while assisting with compensation administration and analysis for legal staff.

- Serve as a key advisor to HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Manage, supervise, or mentor compensation analysts or HR professionals
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis
- Support compensation administration and analysis for legal staff
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Professional services industry experience
- Law firm compensation experience preferred
- Experience leading salary reviews, merit planning, bonus administration, and market pricing initiatives
- Experience conducting compensation benchmarking and analysis
- Experience managing, supervising, or mentoring compensation analysts or HR professionals
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles including salary structures, salary surveys, geographic differentials, and compensation governance
- Experience with Workday and Workday Advanced Compensation preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong leadership, coaching, project management, and stakeholder management skills

Benefits
The salary for this role is $165K-$225K. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
