A Day In The Life Of a Compensation Manager At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! In the role of Compensation Manager, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for HimLead the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of the organizations compensation philosophy, strategies, and programs.Ensure compensation structures, salary grades, and pay ranges remain accurate, competitive, equitable, and aligned with market data and organizational objectives.Oversee compensation benchmarking and market analysis to support informed compensation decisions.Direct the annual merit increase process, including the development and administration of the merit increase matrix in support of compensation recommendations.Develop compensation modeling, forecasting, and budget analyses to support organizational decision-making.Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Compensation Analysts.Establish priorities, workflows, and service standards for the compensation function.Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and organizational leaders on compensation and organizational design matters.Present recommendations, analyses, and strategic insights to senior leadership.All other duties as assigned Learn more about serving with Samaritans Purse. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in related field and at least five (5) years of related compensation experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires experience in compensation administration including, job analysis & evaluation, salary survey participation and analysis, and merit administration.
