Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, directs and controls the job evaluation program.
- Plans, organizes, directs and controls incentive (bonus) programs.
- Plans, organizes, directs and controls annual merit programs.
- Conducts research on compensation plans used in other companies.
- Analyzes company compensation policies and complies with legal requirements.
- Researches market data and recommends merit targets and promotional increases.
- Plans and maintains corporate performance management program.
- Aids in the design and implementation of compensation systems.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Three to five years of relevant experience.
