Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, directs and controls the job evaluation program.
  • Plans, organizes, directs and controls incentive (bonus) programs.
  • Plans, organizes, directs and controls annual merit programs.
  • Conducts research on compensation plans used in other companies.
  • Analyzes company compensation policies and complies with legal requirements.
  • Researches market data and recommends merit targets and promotional increases.
  • Plans and maintains corporate performance management program.
  • Aids in the design and implementation of compensation systems.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience.
