About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage semiannual compensation processes
- Conduct annual compensation studies to assess market positioning
- Lead ad hoc compensation analyses on equity and pay equity issues
- Oversee pay reporting processes for different geographies
- Facilitate compensation training and communications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compensation or people analytics
- Experience with compensation management systems, particularly Pave
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to compensation
