The Compensation Lead is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing compensation programs that align with organizational goals and market practices. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, business judgment, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, compensation program evaluation, or related HR analytical functions
- Strong experience analyzing compensation data and developing recommendations aligned with business objectives
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse departments
- Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality results
- Strong business acumen and experience supporting leaders through data-driven decision-making
- Experience working with HR technology platforms such as Workday is preferred
- Experience with Power BI, workforce analytics, or data visualization tools is a plus
- Background in HR consulting, operational environments, or organizational change initiatives is preferred
