Responsibilities

  • Architect and build custom tooling to unify compensation data across platforms
  • Design and deploy real-time market data benchmarking processes
  • Develop AI workflows to automate compensation tasks and provide actionable insights
  • Support the annual compensation review, handling data modeling and system administration
  • Manage monthly equity grant approvals, ensuring compliance with Finance and Legal
  • Collaborate with Talent on real-time compensation evaluation tools
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • Identify and implement best practices for compensation, benefits, and rewards programs

Qualifications

  • Experience building with AI tools, including prompting and scripting with LLMs or AI APIs
  • Familiarity with compensation, total rewards, or people analytics; curiosity about compensation mechanisms is also valuable
  • Proficiency in data tools and scripting (Python, SQL) for automation and integration tasks
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, or people systems (such as Rippling or Greenhouse)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and creating processes from scratch
  • Strong communication skills for translating complex data to diverse business partners
