About the role

The Compensation Compliance Director will oversee the accuracy and fairness of compensation practices across the organization. This includes ensuring compliance with legal requirements, conducting regular reviews of compensation structures, and providing guidance on best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accuracy and fairness of compensation practices across the organization
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to compensation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation management or a related field
• Experience with regulatory compliance in compensation practices
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations
• Experience with compensation software and databases
• Understanding of market compensation data and industry trends
• Experience with performance management systems
