Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all makes and models, from routine maintenance to complex driveability issues
• Identify root cause rather than parts-swapping—we handle the "head-scratcher" jobs other shops give up on
• Perform Virginia State Inspections
• Communicate findings clearly to service writers and customers

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive repair and diagnostics
• ASE certifications preferred; Virginia State Inspector license a plus
• Own set of tools required
• Reliable, strong work ethic, problem-solver mindset
