Job Overview:Search Solution Group is seeking a Compensation Analyst on behalf of our client, a Telecommunications company. The Compensation Analyst will support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation programs across the organization. This role will analyze market data, support annual compensation processes, conduct audits, maintain compensation data integrity, and provide analytical support for compensation initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working with complex data, and able to build strong partnerships across HR, HRIS, IT, and other internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Support market pricing and compensation survey participation processes.Review and analyze compensation survey results to identify competitive labor market trends and the company's market position.Use data-driven methodologies to evaluate compensation competitiveness and market positioning.Perform data modeling and cost analysis for base salary and incentive compensation programs.Support the global annual compensation process from pre-go-live preparation through post-process analysis.Conduct pre-go-live data audits and updates to ensure compensation information is accurate.Perform end-to-end testing of compensation systems and processes.Provide post-go-live support and assist with resolving issues identified during annual compensation processes.Maintain and resolve compensation-related issue logs.Support the preparation and distribution of manual compensation statements as needed.Partner with HRIS, IT, and HR Shared Services on annual compensation processes and other Total Rewards projects.Conduct scheduled and ad hoc audits of employee compensation data.Partner with managers and HR teams to research and resolve compensation data discrepancies.Promote data integrity by communicating the importance of accurate compensation information and understanding downstream impacts.Develop tools and resources that improve compensation data accuracy and user experience.Support compensation compliance activities, including auditing, monitoring, and tracking.Maintain awareness of federal and state legislation affecting compensation policies and practices.Analyze compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and potential areas of concern.Provide analytical support for compensation programs, projects, and initiatives.Benchmark positions against compensation survey data and other market intelligence.Assist in establishing competitive compensation ranges based on market data.Support compensation initiatives across global regions and collaborate with stakeholders in different time zones.Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee compensation information.Perform other compensation and Total Rewards duties and projects as assigned.Requirements include:Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field required.Experience:3–5 years of experience in compensation analysis, design, administration, or a related Total Rewards function.Experience analyzing compensation data and supporting compensation programs.Experience with annual compensation processes preferred.Experience working with compensation surveys and market pricing preferred.Experience with HRIS platforms and compensation modules required.Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation modules is preferred.Experience with Workday or other ERP/HRIS systems is a plus.Experience supporting global HR or compensation programs is preferred.Skills:Advanced Microsoft Excel
