Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking analyses.
• Support salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and bonus programs.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for HR leadership.
• Affiliate with job evaluations and salary structure administration.
• Maintain compensation data integrity and reporting tools.
• Support compensation initiatives related to organizational growth and acquisitions.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of compensation, HR analytics, or related experience.
• Financial services experience preferred, but candidates from technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other industries will be considered.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience working with compensation data, market surveys, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to learn and grow.
