Responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking analyses.
- Support salary reviews, merit increases, promotions, and bonus programs.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for HR leadership.
- Affiliate with job evaluations and salary structure administration.
- Maintain compensation data integrity and reporting tools.
- Support compensation initiatives related to organizational growth and acquisitions.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation-related inquiries.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of compensation, HR analytics, or related experience.
- Financial services experience preferred, but candidates from technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other industries will be considered.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience working with compensation data, market surveys, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to learn and grow.
