Compensation Analyst
About the role
This position involves consulting on or participating in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution. The role contributes to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables and involves reviewing and analyzing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The position also involves collaborating with client personnel in Business Execution and contributing to the resolution of moderately complex issues.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to implement incentive compensation solutions in Varicent.
- Translate compensation and product requirements into detailed data specifications including field level definitions, transformations, and validation rules.
- Perform data analysis to validate inputs and outputs, identify risks, and support decision making.
- Collaborate with product, data engineering, and technology teams to align business needs with technical execution.
- Develop and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, and data definitions.
- Support testing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities.
- Support enterprise data discovery, onboarding, and integration efforts.
Requirements
Must have:
- Experience working with incentive compensation systems and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation management or a related field.
- Knowledge of Varicent or similar compensation systems.
- Experience with data modeling and transformation.

Pay
Hourly Rate: $53 to $55 per hour
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
