Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Help with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation when needed
• Follow individualized care plans and client preferences
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs
• Encourage independence, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Recent TB test or ability to complete the required TB testing
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet company requirements and complete required documentation
• All applicants must be able to provide proof of vaccination

Pay

$15–$18 per hour; final pay rate determined at orientation.

Flexible scheduling based on availability and client needs; day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
