About the role

We are seeking compassionate, patient, and empathetic individuals to provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals who need your support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Offer compassionate care and companionship, ensuring the safety and comfort of each client.
  • Deliver specialized care for individuals with dementia and Parkinson’s disease, following tailored care plans.
  • Assist with transfers, mobility, and other physical needs of clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training to learn new skills and improve caregiving techniques.

Requirements

Experience caring for a family member or loved one, with a deep understanding of the importance of personalized care. A compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others. Willingness to learn and adapt to new caregiving methods and approaches. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Physical ability to assist clients with transfers and mobility.

Qualifications

No formal education required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. CPR and First Aid certifications are required. Additional certifications such as Compassionate Memory Care and Parkinson's Training are offered and encouraged.

Schedule

Hours vary based on client needs, but typically range from 2 to 40 hours per week.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with competitive rates for caregivers.
