About the role

We are a locally owned and operated agency serving Wilmington, Carolina Beach, Leland, and surrounding communities. As the owner, I stay personally involved with our clients, caregivers, and care plans because I believe families deserve consistency, communication, and genuine compassion. We are building a team of caregivers who lead with kindness, patience, professionalism, and heart.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Aid with personal care and daily routines
• Help with meal prep and light housekeeping
• Support mobility and safety in the home
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands
• Help families feel supported and at ease

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving, home care, senior care, or healthcare preferred
• CNA certification is a plus, but not required for all cases
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable and professional
• Treat clients the way you would want your own family treated
