About the role
Residential Hospice is seeking volunteers to provide companionship to patients at home or in long-term care facilities.
Responsibilities
- Visit patients at home or in a long-term care facility
- Engage in activities such as reading, talking, writing letters, sharing personal stories, or providing respite to caregivers
Requirements
- Must be in or near Croswell, MI
- Available weekdays (daytime, evenings) and weekends (daytime)
- A few hours per month commitment, one to two hours per week recurring
Qualifications
- Driver’s License
- Background Check
- Attend Orientation

- Comfortable with elderly individuals
