Companionship Volunteer Needed
About the role
Residential Healthcare Group is on a mission to positively impact patients and their families and inspire a renewed sense of hope and confidence by providing exceptional home health, palliative, and hospice care. Our extraordinary care teams serve as way finders and way makers by delivering individualized care plans and experiences, wherever patients are. We are governed by core values in dealing with one another, our patients, their families and caregivers, our partners, customers, and vendors. We believe exceptional care is best delivered in a collaborative environment and seek to continually transform the home health, palliative, and hospice industries through our proven team-based approach to care management and delivery. By educating patients and their families, and advocating for those in need, we aspire to increase access to our industry-leading services at every stage of the patient's journey, whenever and wherever they need us.
Residential Hospice cares for medical needs as well as spiritual and emotional needs. Our team is comprised of physicians, registered nurses, social workers, and spiritual care counselors who work together to care for the whole patient.
