Job Summary

Senior Helpers is hiring experienced caregivers for a short shift program in Reno, NV. The position involves assisting seniors with various tasks such as errands, meal preparation, medication reminders, dog walking, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist with errands and transportation
• Perform homemaking tasks including meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Dog walking
• Offer daily reminders
• Make short visits
• Be comfortable with caring for dementia and Alzheimer's clients

Qualifications

• Experience as a parent, grandparent, housekeeper, caretaker, or friend
• Willingness to assist seniors in maintaining their independence
• Ability to present oneself well and work with clients daily
• Willingness to work short shifts of 2-3 hours at $20-$21 per hour
