About the role

Lutheran Sunset Ministries is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in Companion Services. This part-time position focuses on delivering companionship and light housekeeping services to individual clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and social engagement to clients
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including dishwashing, laundry, and general tidying
• Assist with errands and everyday tasks
• Support clients with activities such as reading and conversation

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation; must be able to travel to and from client assignments
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for at least 50 feet (e.g., transporting groceries into a client’s home)

Qualifications

Prior customer service experience is preferred.
