Companion Caretaker For Adult Female

This position supports a Waupaca resident with a spinal cord injury in a self-directed, long-term caregiving role. The client seeks kind, dependable staff to assist with daily living tasks in a pet-friendly home.

Responsibilities

• Meal preparation
• Morning and night routines (shift-dependent)
• Medication administration
• Transportation to appointments or community outings (vehicle provided)
• Assist with range of motion exercises
• Bathroom assistance
• Housekeeping
• Assist with dressing
• Assist with bathing and showering
• Provide standby assistance with transfers (no lift required)

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
• Experience working in home health is preferred, but not required
• Hardworking, dependable, and reliable
• Kind, friendly, and has a team mindset

Schedule

• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, every other weekend (required)
• PM shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday, every other weekend (required)

Pay

$17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
