Community Turn Maintenance Assistant (Temporary)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare apartments for new residents during the turn season.
• Assist maintenance teams to ensure a smooth transition.
• Provide exceptional assistance to current, future, and past residents.
• Aid in the unit turnover process, ensuring apartments are ready for new residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of both interior and exterior areas of the property.
• Proactively identify and report issues.
• Pick up litter and debris from the grounds.
• Water plants, flowers, and shrubs to maintain landscaping.
• Clean and maintain swimming pool areas.
• Sweep, blow, or pressure-wash breezeways, parking lots, and common areas.
• Support the office team by greeting prospects, conducting tours, and assisting with lease execution and move-in paperwork.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, including the ability to read and write fluently.
• Basic computer skills for completing assigned tasks.
• The physical ability to frequently walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift/move loads up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with ladders.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to live within 30 miles of the property.
