Community Turn Maintenance Assistant (Temporary)

What You’ll Do

• Prepare apartments for new residents during the turn season.
• Assist maintenance teams to ensure smooth transitions.

What You’ll Own

• Support customer service efforts by providing exceptional assistance.
• Aid in the unit turnover process, ensuring apartments are ready for new residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of both interior and exterior areas.
• Perform various tasks such as picking up litter, watering plants, cleaning pools, sweeping, and maintaining common areas.
• Assist the office team by greeting prospects, conducting tours, and assisting with lease execution and move-in paperwork.

What You’ll Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, including reading and writing.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working with ladders.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to live within 30 miles of the property.
