About the role
As a key member of our team, you will provide direct services to individuals and families in need, focusing on areas such as housing assistance, food security, and educational support. You will work closely with community partners to ensure comprehensive support for those we serve.Responsibilities
- Provide direct services to individuals and families in need
- Coordinate with community partners to enhance service delivery
- Assist clients with accessing necessary resources and programs
- Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with case management software
- Knowledge of local government and community resources
