Community Support Services Counselor Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Provides IMR and crisis intervention services.
• Affords assistance with food shopping, laundry, and daily living skills.
• Implements prescribed treatment plans and aids in the creation of Individualized Recovery Plans (IRPs).
• Must be capable of working independently and traveling to consumers' residences as needed.
• Maintains medication in the consumer's home.
• Completes documentation as required.

Qualifications

• BSW in Social Work or BA/BS in Psychology.
• One year of experience in direct care is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

$45,500 annual salary

Shifts

Monday to Friday, three days from 9am—5pm and two days from 1pm—9pm
