Community Support Attendant - Part Time

Job Duties

• Locks and unlocks all common area buildings and gates on a daily basis
• Inspects windows to ensure they are properly secured
• Cleans building facilities such as clubhouse, community offices, restrooms, laundry areas, and maintenance garage
• Sets trash/debris free from common areas and streets; empties common area trash containers as needed
• Reports all community maintenance issues and concerns to the Community Manager
• Inspects playground area and equipment, pool/spa area, and other recreational amenities to ensure proper operation
• Maintains community pool(s), tests chemical levels, and adjusts appropriately
• Fulfills safety procedures while performing duties

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to endure seasonal temperatures
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
• Valid driver's license
