About the role

Zepf Center is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Case Manager and Success Coach. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to fathers participating in the fatherhood connections program in Williams and Paulding Counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and success coach interventions to fathers in the fatherhood connections program.
• Aid fathers in developing skills such as time management, interpersonal communication, self-management, job search, stress management, work-related skills, parenting skills, and other life skills.
• Facilitate fatherhood groups using the Nurturing Father Curriculum.
• Offer constructive feedback on the father’s progress in various areas of life.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral agencies and employers to coordinate services that assist the father in attaining self-sufficiency.
• Work as part of an integrated team to provide comprehensive support to fathers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in workforce development, social services, vocational rehabilitation, counseling, management, helping professions, or related fields.
• High School diploma or equivalent, or Associates Degree and 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and high computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company vehicle coverage.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in workforce development, social services, vocational rehabilitation, counseling, management, helping professions, or related fields.
