Account Executives
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Develop and present customized media and advertising solutions, including print, digital, event sponsorships, and broadcast opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and campaigns are delivered successfully.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, performance reports, and ongoing support.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the media industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with media platforms (print, digital, broadcast) and a strong understanding of advertising trends.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering measurable results for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in media or advertising.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

Community Story Tellers
Responsibilities
- Create engaging stories for our print and digital publications, events, and broadcasts.
- Research and develop story ideas that align with our editorial goals and audience interests.
- Conduct interviews, gather insights, and fact-check to ensure accuracy and depth in storytelling.
- Collaborate with editors, photographers, and multimedia teams to produce compelling narratives across multiple formats.
- Stay up to date with current events, trends, and topics relevant to our audience and community.
- Adapt storytelling to fit different mediums (articles, blogs, podcasts, video scripts, etc.).
Requirements
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity, creativity, and engagement.
- Ability to craft narratives that reflect diverse perspectives and resonate with varied audiences.
- Excellent research and fact-checking skills to ensure the accuracy and credibility of all stories.
- Collaborative spirit, open to feedback, and capable of working with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for community-driven stories and a deep understanding of local and global cultural dynamics.

Qualifications

Customer Service Agents
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

- Compliance with State Laws: Fully understand and follow the laws and guidelines of your state, including proper record-keeping, using an official seal, and adhering to notarial ethics.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is critical when reviewing documents, verifying identities, and recording your actions.
- Professionalism: Maintain a neutral stance, avoid conflicts of interest, and provide services without bias.
- Confidentiality: Protect the privacy of those who come to you for notarial services, handling sensitive documents and information with discretion.
- Availability: Be accessible to clients, whether as a mobile notary, working in an office, or providing virtual notary services (where allowed).
Steps To Becoming a Notary Public
- Meet Eligibility Requirements: Typically, you must be 18 years old, a legal resident of your state, and free of felony convictions.
- Complete Notary Training and Education (if required): Some states require completion of a notary training course or passing an exam to ensure you understand notarial laws and responsibilities.
