About the role
The Community Resource Navigator is responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals and families in need of community resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in accessing local services and programs
- Provide information on available community resources
- Coordinate referrals between clients and service providers
- Maintain client records and track progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in community service or social work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
