Overview of Responsibilities
Represents MSGCU in the community and at member events and business development activities. Coordinates and implements programs and initiatives designed to increase membership, services per member, and loan activity to help MSGCU achieve our strategic targets. Supports MSGCU's financial education outreach efforts and delivery of financial literacy programs to meet the needs of current and prospective members in the community.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Education or related field required.
- 2 years of sales, field marketing, teaching, or community relations experience, preferably within the financial industry or a closely related field required.
- 1 year of project management experience preferred.
Working Conditions
- Office and branch location environment with little discomfort from noise, extreme temperature, dust, or other factors.
- Required to travel throughout MSGCU’s service area most of the time. Team member to provide own transportation with eligibility for on-the-job mileage reimbursement.
- Exposed to potentially hazardous conditions, such as robbery. Receives detailed instructions and security procedures on an annual basis to minimize risk.
- This work involves sitting most of the time with brief periods of walking or standing and frequently requires lifting and/or moving up to 30 pounds.
- Normal working hours will be MSGCU’s standard branch and administrative office hours of operation, however, periodic weekends and frequent before/after normal office hours will be required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary begins at $62,500

- If you are at least 21 years old, you will receive a 3% contribution from MSGCU, and a 100% match for the next 7% you contribute to your 401(k)
- You will enjoy 12 paid holidays and up to 120 hours of PTO your first year of service (pro-rated based on start date)
