Community Relations Advisor II

About the Role

The Community Relations Advisor II is responsible for executing sales, outreach, and business development initiatives to achieve occupancy, census, and revenue goals for assigned CRISTA Senior Living communities. This position manages the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in, develops professional referral relationships, implements marketing strategies, and promotes CRISTA Senior Living within the surrounding community. Additionally, this role contributes to the development and effectiveness of the Sales team by providing training, mentoring, onboarding support, and guidance to new and existing team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales activities to achieve occupancy, census, and revenue goals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-move-in follow-up.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
• Conduct sales presentations and community tours, personalizing them to prospect needs.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and develop strategies to advance qualified leads.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external referral sources.
• Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and networking activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute sales events, open houses, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage prospect inquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate move-in processes and ensure seamless transitions for prospective residents.
• Support onboarding and training of new Sales team members.
