Community Reintegration Specialist

Position Summary

Support youth and families through the reentry process using a strengths-based approach. Build trusting relationships with youth and their families, and develop individualized reintegration plans based on each youth’s strengths and goals.

What You’ll Do

• Engage youth and families to support a smooth transition back into the community
• Collaborate with caregivers to strengthen family connections and expectations
• Connect youth to community resources (education, employment, support services)
• Support skill development to reduce recidivism and increase stability
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass required background clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
