Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recreational programs that meet community needs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with community members, local organizations, and government agencies to plan and promote programs.
• Manage budgets and resources for program operations.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff and volunteers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Physical Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in community recreation.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
