Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recreational programs that meet community needs.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with community members, local organizations, and government agencies to plan and promote programs.
- Manage budgets and resources for program operations.
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff and volunteers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management, Physical Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in community recreation.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
