About the role

The role involves collaborating with community partners to develop and implement initiatives that enhance educational outcomes for underprivileged youth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute community engagement plans
  • Collaborate with educators and community leaders to identify needs and opportunities
  • Organize and facilitate community events and workshops
  • Assess and report on the impact of initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Community Development, or related field
  • Experience working with youth and community organizations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
