The role involves collaborating with community partners to develop and implement initiatives that enhance educational outcomes for underprivileged youth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community engagement plans
- Collaborate with educators and community leaders to identify needs and opportunities
- Organize and facilitate community events and workshops
- Assess and report on the impact of initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Community Development, or related field
- Experience working with youth and community organizations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications

- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
