Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement programs
- Collaborate with local organizations to enhance community projects
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on community development
- Evaluate community impact and provide feedback for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Community Development or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Experience in community organizing and project management
- Knowledge of community development policies and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
