Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses daily (apartments, storage facilities, realtors, etc.)
- Drop off material, introduce yourself, and build relationships
- Track contacts, managers, and site visits
- Distribute flyers and leave-behind materials
- Attend community events and network with local businesses
- Represent the company in a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous manner
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal transportation
- High energy and outgoing personality
- Enjoy talking to people
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Must be OK being outside and driving daily
- Excellent oral and written comprehension and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Must be proficient with the following: Excel, Word, Outlook, Google, and other web-based applications

- Commutes to the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise located in Hamilton East, Ohio
