Community Outreach Representative - Entry Level

About the role

This role provides hands-on experience in community outreach, marketing, public relations, communications, and client engagement while connecting with consumers, community partners, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with consumers and community members to promote client programs and initiatives
• Represent clients at community events, promotional activities, and outreach campaigns
• Share program information and assist qualified participants
• Build relationships with consumers, community partners, and local organizations
• Support marketing, public relations, and community outreach campaigns
• Maintain participant information for reporting and campaign tracking
• Assist with market research and identify community engagement opportunities
• Collaborate with the team to achieve campaign and client goals

Qualifications

Previous outreach, marketing, customer service, or event experience is a plus but not required.
